🚀 Getting Started

1️⃣ Download & Register

washMaster for iOS washMaster for Android

  • Register & Login in the washMaster app. washMaster Login

2️⃣ Payment Method

  • Add a payment method.
  • If no direct payment is available, top up your prepaid credit.

3️⃣ Reserve Machine

  • Once registered, you can check in the app whether a machine is free.
  • If your operator has activated the reservation function, you can also easily reserve machines in the app.

4️⃣ Pay with Smartphone

  • Place your laundry in the machine.
  • Scan the QR code and select the wash programme you want.
  • Confirm the payment directly in the app. The machine will then start the programme you have selected.
